"Built to Last™" er håndlaget av HDPE (high density polyethylene) plastik. Det er et tett materiale laget fra resirkulerte melkeflasker og kartonger. Materialet er veldig tett og derfor noe tyngre enn treverk. UV beskyttelse er tilsatt blandingen.
HDPE må ikke forveksles med andre typer plastikk som oksiderer blir umulige å holde rene. Disse møblene trenger kun å tørkes av med en fuktig klut ved behov, og vil holde seg rene og "nye" lenge. Det er ingenting som vil trekke inn i HDPE og lage flekker og kliss, inkludert rødvin. Ta bort søl med vann, eller vanlige husholdnings-vaskemidler. Møblene tåler blant annet klor. Møblene tåler også å bli høytrykkspylet, men vær forsiktig med trykket slik at det ikke blir "fjær" på overflaten.
